Chicken Parmesean

To start, you need to bake a few chicken breasts at 400, covered, for 20 minutes. Begin to cook pasta, and maybe heat up some green beans. But really, this meal depends mostly on the sauce.

Take a can of italian stewed tomatoes, some basil, and cornstarch, and mix together in a a saucepan.

Simmer over low heat while the chicken and pasta cooks, stirring constantly until it thickens.

When the 20 minute timer goes off, take out the chicken and pour sauce over it. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes (or until the cheese melts).

Serve chicken with the pasta and green beans.

Today was fajita night. A fairly quick and delicious meal.

Step one: Cut up a large onion.

Step Two: Cut two bell peppers. (I used one green and one orange.)

Step Three: Start to cook steak in a fajita marinade.

Step Four: Mix all the vegetables together.

Next, finish cooking the steak.

Then, cook the vegetables in the skillet.

Serve on tortillas, and enjoy.

So, I figured that I'd start a food blog of my cooking adventures.
